Rene leads the team building Virtual SE—an AI sales assistant that joins sales calls and delivers instant, sourced answers. Before DeltaGen, Rene built an AI-driven M&A platform that ultimately stalled—teaching him that the best products empower teams in the moment of need, not after the opportunity is lost. Earlier, he led go-to-market projects at Boston Consulting Group and advised tech transactions in investment banking. Rene holds a bachelor's degree from Yale University and an MBA from Dartmouth's Tuck School of Business.
Matus Ondreicka, PhD
Chief AI Scientist
Matus leads DeltaGen's AI research, designing real-time models. He earned his PhD in Computer Science from Charles University in Prague through collaboration with the Max Planck Institute and has published widely on search algorithms and data-driven reasoning. Drawn to DeltaGen by the opportunity to apply frontier LLM capabilities to the split-second moments that make or break deals, he built our RAG architecture to eliminate hallucinations while maintaining conversation-speed responses.
